• Helps faculty and research-related staff navigate Pitt’s research resources from pre-award through award close-out
• Expands research development services
• Creates new services and tools to strengthen the competitiveness of external funding proposals and support award management

Pitt Research Concierge Program services are available to Pitt faculty and research-related staff across all disciplines and campuses.

• The Pitt Research Navigator delivers personalized customer service to connect faculty and research-related staff to Pitt research services, offices, and experts.
• The Proposal Editing Service offers a full range of proofreading and copy-editing services for all types and sizes of externally sponsored funding proposals.
• The Learning Lab is a hub of educational videos and other resources to support faculty progressing through the sponsored programs lifecycle.
